Alawar Entertainment today announced changes to its Board of Directors. The new members of the Board are Alexander Galitsky and Pavel Bogdanov, representatives of the Almaz Capital Partners venture fund, a new Alawar shareholder. Alexei Basov and Alexander Katalov have left the Board due to the 2010 purchase by Almaz of a minority stake in Alawar from FINAM Investment Holding.

Alawar Entertainment today announced that venture capital firm Almaz Capital Partners, general partner of Almaz Capital Russia Fund I (also known as Almaz Capital/Cisco Russia Fund I), signed an agreement with Finam Investment Holding to purchase Finam’s equity stake in Alawar Entertainment.
