
Founded in 2002, Dream Dale is one of the most success developers of casual games in Eastern Europe. A large number of popular games have come from the studio, including the Magic Ball series. Currently, the Magic Ball franchise consists of three of the most popular 3D Breakout games in the world. Since the release of the first installment, Alawar has sold more than 1.2 million Magic Ball games worldwide. In addition, the Magic Ball series has been ported to several different platforms and localized in English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Czech and Japanese. The stellar success of the Magic Ball games confirmed the value of the partnership between us and Dream Dale and resulted in the creation of Alawar DreamDale in July 2007. By joining forces, our two companies have gathered the resources needed for the creation and promotion of even more successful casual games under a single umbrella.

Alawar Five-BN was founded in 2003 in Dneprodzerzhinsk (Ukraine). The product portfolio of Five-BN includes a number of successful projects, namely Aquaball, Magic Tale, and Mini Golf.
Apart from standalone titles, the company has successfully developed game lineups. For example, a game series about a funny fox Sprill consists of two games, Sprill and Sprill — The Mystery of The Bermuda Triangle. Another series about adventures of a modern and goal-oriented girl Masha currently counts 3 top games — Pet Show Craze, Fashion Craze and Beach Party Craze. In autumn 2008, the management of both companies decided to establish an internal studio at Alawar Entertainment based on the team of Five-BN, which will boost effiency of casual games development and publishing.

Alawar Friday's Games was started on the basis of a Novosibirsk development studio Friday's Games that appeared on the casual games market in March 2007. Efficient development by a well-organized team of professionals resulted in a launch of a range of top games within shortest possible terms, among those are Flowery Vale, Natalie Brooks — Secrets of Treasure House and Jungle Quest ) — the sequel of a popular game The Treasures of Montezuma. Currently, the team is working on a sequel to a detective story about Natalie Brooks. The game release scheduled for the end of autumn 2008 will be the first product under the joint brand.

Melesta was founded in 2007 in Minsk, Belarus. The company’s first game, Farm Frenzy, topped the charts of leading portals around the world and laid the foundation for a new genre of casual business sims. Farm Frenzy 2 and Farm Frenzy - Pizza Party! came next, delivering even greater revenues. To facilitate international distribution, Alawar has translated the Farm Frenzy series into 14 languages and will soon appear on the Nintendo DS. In February 2009, Melesta became an internal studio of Alawar, allowing its developers to draw on the resources of a leading publisher and distributor of casual games

Stargaze Interactive has been developing casual games since 2003. The studio's catalog includes such hits as the Hyperballoid series of Breakout games, Arctic Quest and Mysteries of Horus. Due to an efficient business and development pipeline, Stargaze is able to develop two or more games at the same time. Since Stargaze began developing casual games, we've served as their sole publisher. In April 2007, we agreed to establish an internal development studio that incorporated Stargaze into our company structure. The resulting studio, Alawar Stargaze, combines the strong qualifications and creativeness of the developers with our long-term experience in management and producing.
